Terms and Conditions
These terms cover what you are buying, what it costs, when you can have your money back, and what you may and may not do with the material. They form a contract between you and us, so they are written to be read rather than skimmed past.

1. Who you are contracting with
This site is operated by PharmaSi Prep Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17442114), trading as PharmaSi Prep. Its registered office is at Apartment 2606, 12 Bankside Boulevard, Salford, England, M3 7HZ.
You can reach us at support@pharmasiprep.co.uk, or through the contact page.
2. What you are buying
A licence for one named person to access a timed online mock examination and its answer explanations. It is study material, not a qualification, not a course of instruction and not an official assessment.
- One purchase grants one sitting of the paper it was bought for.
- Access lasts 12 months from purchase. Unused sittings expire at the end of that period.
- A sitting is used when you start the paper. It is finished when you submit it, or when it is closed automatically.
- After you submit, your answers and their explanations stay open for 7 days.
- Purchases are for one person. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.
3. Price and payment
The current price is £19.99. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay; we do not add fees afterwards.
PharmaSi Prep Ltd is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and the price you see is the total price you pay.
Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. If a payment is reversed or charged back, we may suspend access until it is resolved.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. Digital content is an exception once its supply has begun with your agreement.
We go further than the minimum, deliberately. You may cancel and get a full refund at any time before you start the paper — not just within 14 days, but for as long as your access lasts. You do not have to give a reason.
Once you start the paper you have seen the questions, and we cannot un-supply them. From that moment the purchase is not refundable, except where something on our side went wrong.
If something did go wrong — the paper failed to load, the timer misbehaved, questions were missing or wrong — tell us and we will put it right, by restoring the sitting or refunding you. Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitle you to digital content that is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, are not affected by anything in these terms.
To request a refund, email support@pharmasiprep.co.uk from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3 working days of us agreeing the refund.
5. What we do not promise
We do not promise that you will pass the General Pharmaceutical Council’s assessment, or any other examination. Nobody honestly can. What we provide is practice material and explanations; the result is yours.
Our material is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the General Pharmaceutical Council. It is original practice material written to resemble the style and pace of that assessment. Question content reflects guidance current at the time of writing; clinical practice changes, and you should always check the BNF, NICE and the MEP for current guidance in real practice.
Nothing on this site is clinical advice. Do not use it to make decisions about the care of a real patient.
6. Your account
You need an account to buy and to sit a paper. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
Give us an email address you can actually receive mail at — it is how we confirm your account, send your receipt, and reach you if something goes wrong with a sitting.
7. What you may not do with the material
The questions, answer options, explanations and the wording of this site are our intellectual property. When you buy access you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own revision. You may not:
- copy, screenshot, transcribe or republish questions or explanations;
- share your account, or provide access to anyone else;
- sell, redistribute or include the material in any other product or course;
- use automated means to extract the question bank;
- use the material to build a competing question bank, by hand or by machine.
A question bank takes a pharmacist many hours per question to write and check. Copying it takes seconds, which is why this clause exists. If we find material has been taken, we may close the account without refund and pursue the matter.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to take it down for maintenance, and occasionally something will break unexpectedly.
If a fault of ours costs you a sitting, we will restore it. If we withdraw a paper you have bought and not yet used, we will refund it.
We may change these terms. If a change materially affects a purchase you have already made, the terms you bought under continue to apply to it.
9. Our liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.
Otherwise, and because this is study material rather than a professional service, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including examination outcomes, lost earnings, or the cost of resitting an assessment.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Complaints, and the law that applies
If you are unhappy, email us first — most things are quicker to fix than to argue about. We aim to respond within 3 working days.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
These terms were drafted to describe this product accurately and in plain English. They are not legal advice, and they have not been reviewed by a solicitor. Before taking payment, have somebody qualified check them — particularly the refund, liability and VAT sections.
